A Sycamore, Illinois, DeKalb County community consisting of 335 total units made up of single family homes, duplexes, and condominiums. Our well established community offers a clubhouse, pool, pavillion, park, tennis/pickle ball courts, basketball court, bags and green space. A staple in the Sycamore community, Woodgate of Sycamore was established in the 1970’s and consists of a three associations, Improvement, Condo One and Condo Two, each governed by a separate board with separate By-Laws and Convenances.
